Minecraft External Storage Update on Android

Uninstalling Minecraft will now delete all data associated with Minecraft, including your worlds. Although on some devices running Android 10 and above you may be presented with an option to keep your data when uninstalling, this may not be the case on all devices.

Backup worlds before Uninstalling Minecraft for Caves and Cliffs Update 2

Before uninstalling, we recommend that you backup all your worlds so you can recover them after reinstalling Minecraft.

Go to the My Worlds tab to see your Minecraft worlds. Tap the plus sign (+) on the right side of each World to add to the backup.

Wait a little bit for each process to finish and, that's it!
